Rather enjoyed not having a corrupt, incompetent Manc ref in charge. Didn’t really notice the ref which is how it should be

Our defence has reverted to the dark old days again

Koumas finally scores! Well done lad

    Lovely from Wirtz and Barcola

    Bargoala. Nice from Rio too.

“He might be s*** but at least we didn’t spend over £100M on him”

And now they take the piss out of us

This c*** of a ref couldn’t give Araujo a yellow card quick enough in the first half for doing the same thing

What is the f***ing point of this anymore. The cheating c*** of a ref is officiating a team of cheating c**** .

    Cheating c****

Only if she’s got something to hide

And not repeatedly giving the ball away to the opposition

Wirtz played really well tonight. More of that please. The boss looked well chuffed at the end

Thought Araújo played really well last night. Didn’t go walk about, looked solid and helped mop up. Guess they’ll work on his attacking play if it’s needed but he’s a really nice option to have at RB.

Thought Wirtz played well first half. Just seemed to get knackered in the second half like a few of them

That deflection was a bit close

    Good block from Araujo

    You’re an elephant

    Oof lovely move

Yeah absolutely. I’m not suggesting he should be a regular starter or anything but he still has something to offer despite his lack of pace. He was the Japanese captain until recently so he’s no mug.

He’s been out injured for many months with a bad injury so will need to get his fitness back. I’d be a bit concerned if he was playing right now to be honest

It doesn’t matter what one of those managers thought about anything. Hopefully the current one is just working out who’s properly fit and who can play where.

I read somewhere that David Woodfine was the assistant Sporting Director looking after the day to day stuff and Mike Gordon was taking on a more hands on role until they find someone else for the position.

It is strange leaving him out. I know he’s only recently back from a bad injury but Klopp repeatedly lauded him as a machine with his work rate, closing down of space and making tackles. All of which were are currently shockingly bad at.

Windy, ain’t it? No, it's Thursday. Me too, let's get some beers
