Quite simply Rafa should be given £30m to spend. It's probably not too far of the exact figure he earned us by winning the Champions League with a team of Traores and Biscans. If Moores and Parry can't give him that, then they should be looking very hard for someone who can. After all the way I see it, the Krafts were shunned when they could have put massive amounts of money in, because Moores and Parry wanted to retain control. Now I'm quite happy for them to retain control, but not if we don't have the financial clout to give the boss what he needs, and £30m isn't unreasonable. If a club of our size can't give that kind of money to our manager on the back of a CL success and progression to the last 16 the year after, then something is going horribly wrong in my opinion...
