    What part of last years performances make you think he is playing well? We have seen 1 year of very good, 1 year of very bad injury, and then 1 year of playing utterly s****. £6m for this lad is a joke. Riise is better, and Riise is liability at left back.

    I don't see my quote saying we don't buy Liverpool or Man Utd players to piss people off. I said we dont by players, i.e. any players, to piss people off, like the way Man Utd sit around and see who we scout and then offer stupid money to try and buy them like you did with Ronaldo, Silvestre and Kewell, to name 3.

    Shearer is a t*** but I loved that incident. As Keane went more and more mental Shearer just stood there looking at him and making little remarks every now and again. Drove that fanny Keane mad.
