That's not my assumtion. Even though Rafa is making the point of only talking about Torres, I just thought it came across like all the press laughing a Bellamy. That's all. I was going to ignore it until some said it was awesome. I just wanted to point out that it wasn't awesome in my opinion. We have spent far to long on this tiny issue. I've been a big fan of Torres for years so I am utterly delighted by this. I've not felt this happy about a transfer since 1987. I'm not al that fussed on Bellamy and think it'll be a better move for him to go to West Ham.

Not slagging Rafa. Just saying he could have handled it a better like he did later in the interview when he said Bellamy is currently our player and we will see what the future holds.

"I'm really happy to have JohnnyH here" "I was talking about mooks" "I know" "ha ha ha" Yeah, very funny for you sitting at home hearing that you are surplous to requirements. There is no spin on this that can make it look good. It was not intentional, but Rafa has belittled Bellamy massively here. Some will say "f*** him" etc, "Rafa is good and can do no wrong" but there is nothing funny about this. Anyone who thinks it's funny needs to put themselves in Bellamys position and think if they would have found it funny.

I feel sorry for Bellamy having to see that as he does love the club and his comments last season that he would be ready to step aside if it was for the greater good of the club made me like the lad a bit more.
