think Pongo should be one to be kept along with Crouch and Fowler Mellor, Moro and Cisse could go. If we sign a forward (or 2) I cant see Rafa keeping either of those big wages around in the reserves as it would seem to go against everything he has done with the resrve squad up to now - i.e. populate it with youth and get rid of the 20k+ a week merchants.
Arsenal earnt it. Chelsea bought it. and in doing so 'broke' every one else. Yes the Ar$e have spent big in some instances but it was controlled and relative to other teams more equal - their pursuit of Man Yoo was more admirable than Chelseas on that basis. I have a lot of respect for Arsenal. If any team other than us were the win the CL then I'd be happy. I do think that their (MU) constant singing about us is bordering on the desperate and jealous - 'we cant match them but lets be derogatory in any way' type of thing They should have more respect. But they dont. Telling in many ways I guess. Blood brothers with the blues****.
when I read the title I assumed he would be gracious in defeat and say Barcelona. He really is a bitter f***. I hope his last words are ' the ball was not over the line' Die you b*****d die were never more warranted classless odius c*** of a man. Maybe Abromovitch will assassinate the f*** or send him to Siberia. We can only hope. c***!
I'm so glad he's not our manager he is an odious c***. f*** him, he's well suited to the cockeys sh!tes. Cream always rises to the top s*** always goes south. Form is temporary and class is permanent so I've heard. Never more true than in this c**** case,
itv4 must be a recent addition to the NTL list of channels as it wasnt there last time I checked for our game. still so long as it last the week thats all that matters.
I recall reading some years ago how the manks 'sportingly threw bottles of piss at the visiting fans' during an FA Cup replay - think it was Portsmouth when they were in Div 1/c'ship whatever it was called. That quote is how I recall it being put. Not even sure it was Pompey but maybe if there are any Pompey heads on here they could confirm?
why is the pressure on the defence so bad? surely its the same as if we score - the defence is still under pressure it just makes goals conceeded more costly - not extra pressue though? The object of the defence is to keep a clean sheet - Reina and co dont switch off if we score one or two... The 'pressure' is on the forwards to score a goal - thats what wins games.
