  1. Expecting a mauling. Can't see how we can come away from the San Siro with anything. Every game that comes up is like death by a thousand cuts.
  2. Mo isn't responsible for the poor run of results we've had since March. Our record is grim, think Mo is just coming out and saying what we've all been saying about the club and the manager.
  3. Christ he's sounding like Brendan Rodgers.
  4. There is only one man right now if you can persuade him and that is Jurgen Klopp. I can't see any other manager turning this situation around in the short term other than him. Other managers will probably want more time and that means taking a huge risk on qualifying for the Champions League next season.
  5. It's getting there but not quite, think Mourinho and Ranieri would have to say something about that. But considering what we spent it most likely is.
  6. 400 million quid spent in the summer for this s*** after having just become League Champions. If you truly think about it, it's actually a disgrace we're in this predicament, heads need to roll. Whether that's the coaches, the manager, or the folks responsible for player recruitment. FSG need to pull the trigger before it's too late on this season.
  7. It almost feels with Konate it's a one man mission to self sabotage. It has the feeling there is something not right between him and Slot.
  8. To be honest it feels more like the last few days of Roy Evans. Players taking the piss, defenders making basic individual errors, conceding goals for fun. Few players showing fight and desire.
  9. It's time now, I've had enough. I thought he could turn it around but it's just not good enough. I've seen no response or evidence that he can get us out of this predicament.
  10. We're not getting top four with this manager. It's time for a change. We're weak mentally and physically. We crumble at any signs of adversity. Players are making stupid individual errors which up until the start of this season we're uncharacteristic of them. I'm certain he's lost part of the squad. There is no coming back from this.
  11. Can't take this anymore, two nil up and cruising. Konate was brainless and all of a sudden we're soft as s***. Then get our noses back in front and can't even hang on. Two points picked up from promoted teams. I've come to the conclusion he isn't going to turn this around and make us play better. He's lost me now, I thought he could do it but I want him gone.
  12. Do not accommodate him to play 4-3-3. I'd rather he play in a two upfront
  13. A win, away from home, a clean sheet. I'd say all in all this is a good foundation to build upon. Hopefully Arne realises the 4-3-3 is consigned to the dustbin.
  14. Did we at least ditch the 4-3-3?
  15. Anyone know what formation we played?
  16. If he goes into this game with the same formation, a defeat is pretty much guaranteed.
  17. 4-4 f***ing 2 or 4-2-3-1 or 3-4-1-2 or 3-5-2 anything but the 4-3-3.
  18. The balance is all wrong, your front three should be defending from the front out of possession. Ours are not doing that, we're too slow to put pressure on the ball and then all of a sudden we're terribly exposed at the back. The only solution I can see is Mo has to be dropped and change the system. I hate to say it but Mo has been one of our worst players over this awful run.
  19. If he plays 4-3-3 again, I'm going to
  20. Meh indeed, if he is still in the job then he needs to change the formation.
  21. It does though, look at the players we bought in the summer. Most of them are not suited playing in a 4-3-3.
  22. If we can ship 4 at home to PSV then expect the same against West Ham. West Ham away is going to be a more difficult game.
  23. Of course, he's a great bloke, you wish the very best for him but he's failed to find a solution to the current problems. I'm hoping he does the honorable thing and resign for the good of the club.
  24. Least of our troubles, but once again is it because individually he is not good enough or is it the manager and coaching? I suspect the latter.
  25. We have lost Nine of our last 12 games, worst run since November 1953 to January 1954. f***ing grim, last time we got relegated.
