I think he's been on a slow decline since AFCON22 and it seems to have accelerated since AFCON24. His pace has gone, he doesn't run away from players anymore and he rarely dribbles past a player now. Considering he's ripped, his upper body strength seems to be on the wane as well. We can't afford £350k a week on somebody who is not truly elite level and he has not been at that level for some time.
