he'd be f***ing mental to go to ManU

I’m waaay past my sell by date and my right hip means I’d never really be fit enough to play even ten minutes for those c^nts… but I still wouldn’t sign for them.

I dunno, all you have to do is fart in the general direction of the manager and you’ll get your dream loan to another club and keep going back on Man Utd wages.  I bet Jayden Sancho can’t remember who he’s turning out for this weekend.

But I’d still have Utd on my CV 👀

It would be like being a non-descript member of staff on Epstein’s island 😡

Think I might be more keen on Elliott Anderson. Looks better defensively and plenty good enough on the ball.

Wharton is much better at progressive passes from deep, its his biggest strength.

Think this is what we need. All of our CM options have strengths, but none has that TAA/Alonso ability to consistently hit accurate long passes from deep. We've added plenty of "weapons" this summer, in Slot's parlance, but that's one we've lost, and it's an important one.

That's probably Gravenberch's biggest weakness too. He can move through the middle with the ball but he rarely plays a great pass from deep.

And that's very good. Just not sure if he brings all the other things needed to play in a Liverpool midfield.

If we get him in Jan, I think it will be for 15m-20m. Figure might depend on how our injuries look, whether Konate has signed a new contract, etc.. also possible Guehi wants to stay put so he can get an even higher wage 6 months later, be it with us or someone else, but hopefully that's not the case.

A January transfer of between £15m and £20M is a good shout. Anfield Watch claiming reports in Spain say he will be on offer for £17M at that time.
