He's a miserable, biased Bluenose sod without a single good word to day about us.

 

Following this twisted logic, if they steal Loose Women from ITV, they'll hire Peter Sutcliiffe as their studio expert!

he was the most sensible and well spoken co commentator I have heard for ages.

 

he was speaking of his genuine concern for the plight of our club and he went to great lengths to be positive about the performance on the night. he was rightly concerned about the atmosphere and spoke of his chats with David Fairclough prior to the game. contrast him to some of the other twerps who get to co commentate.

 

the miserable c*** was Jon Champion who seems to have some sort of hate agenda for our club.

I've found Joe Royle to be quite good actually. He's miles better than Craig Burley, who ESPN inexplicably employ as a studio analyst.

I'm sorry but I found Joe Royal to be very hypocriticle and anti us too. Gerrards "rabbit punch"?! WTF!? Plus loads of silly little niggly things that annoy me 'cause of the out of orderness when we do it, and the nothing wrong with that when they do it to us which seems to be running rife through footy commentators at the moment.

BUT, he was a blue nose, what the feck have we ever done to Craig Burley?

John Champion is a c**k. Whenever Joe Royle says anything he replies with something in an attempt to be controversial.

 

When he asked Joe Royle what he would say at half time after Portsmouth's first half shower of s****, Joe Royle gave a diplimatic answer followed by CHampion saying "is that it???". "Sorry John, did you want me to start swearing and telling players they are waste of space f***bags live on air?"

Royles probably not too bad when commentating on other sides, but he does have a massive blue chip on his shoulder about us, the way he tried to say the penalty decision was correct and still defend his decision after was baffling!!

I just think he's not the best commentator rather than being biased. He seems to make a decision about something in realtime and then regardless of the reply proving him wrong he sticks by his opinion.

One of us is definitely wrong - but you're righrt about Champion, he's the Rymans league of commentators.
