Although the stands are supposed to be 8m from the pitch, in comparison to 13m at the Emirates, thought there was some sort of rule not allowing that? anyone know what the distance is in our plans?

i wouldn't have thought this is an april fools joke as a) there's nothing jokey about it b) the plans look official and iirc they cost a bomb and c) think they were released yesterday

Tis a shame actually, White Hart Lane actually has a certain amount of identity to it, compared to some other grounds. I would say it's instantly recognisable but i suppose the same could be said of every PL ground these days.
