after i got home from the match i watched the game on sky+.. soon as i saw Rafa doing that it kinda freaked me out (no idea why!?).. that image will become iconic..

You're right, and I bet all the way through the shoot out Mourinho was looking at him and thinking the same, but with "why the feck didn't I think of that?"

i can't work out why it freaked me out though.. maybe because he was keeping his head while all around him were losing theirs? i fkin love the image though - it's absolute class.. fkin quality.. i fkin love Rafa Benitez - i am so proud he's our manager.. he's a legend..

If an opposition manager did that and triumphed I think it'd freak us out for years. We'd never want to play them again.
