Good! More games for the barstewards as they easily advance. There must be a seperate container for the big clubs that automatically give them the home tie. I'd say the FA wants to make sure they have a decent final.

surely having the two teams with the biggest support wouldve been the best way forward for this?

do you think the FA worked it in such a way cause they thought youd beat arsenal that time then?

16 years since one of the 'Big 4' haven't made the final :o

FIX!!!!

lump in Everton & Spurs and it's 32 years since none of those 6 have made the Final

So what do you gather from that then?

Fix?

Cobs, if we were out of the Cup and posting threads like this on the Caf I am 100% sure our resident Scousers would be pointing out that we sound arrogant and very bitter.

Lucky your resident Mancs are a little more reserved. Still I have to say that it really does make me giggle. :D

it shows that th FAC is much the same as the league now - Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal & the mancs have shared the last 10 FAC's. The days of mid-table teams having a fair pop at it are long gone.

The LC is going that way too, we beat the mancs in 2003, lost to Chels in 2005, Mancs win it in 2006, looks like Chels Arese final 2007...

true enough, but with a few minutes to go west ham were winning last years FA cup, only a wonderstrike stopped them.

Only a wonderfluke had them winning it.

and? they came f***ing close....obviously the gap getting bigger, but theres still a possibility a mid table team can win it.

also everyone says the top 4 dont take it that seriously anymore which isnt really backed up by who's winning it all the time.

i take it none of the conspiracy nuts on here believe it was set up for liverpool to win it last year either?
