I noticed the players were quite freindly with him at the end.......

 

and he came right up to the Kop and gave us a clap and then the Kemlyn and Anny too.....

2nd half, I think it may have been when Pennant got injured and the ball was put out.

When it came to PSV taking the throw in, they seemed to choreograph a move to allow him to pass it back to Pepe Looked like he should have taken the thrown in but Koeman pointed to someone else to take it, who threw it to Kromkamp.

my dad didn't have a clue who it was doing the lap of honour. In fact he had trouble remembering when i told him!

I thought he was quite a useful player in his short time here, certainly not one to set the world on fire but a lot like Nunez (albeit I think if he, Kromkamp, had been given time to show his potential here he'd be considered a lot better than Nunez).

 

I remember when he came on late in the FA Cup final and was marauding up and down that right wing keeping West Ham at bay.

was very friendly with most of our players in the tunnel before the game.....lots of handshakes, all except for gerrard and riise who seemed to completely ignore him..

 

 

Thought krompkamp looked a decent player at times, would`ve been a good player for us......obviously couldnt settle on merseyside, which can happen......no hard feelings from me.

It now seems obvious that he was bought with the intention of selling on. He was good value as we wrote off Josemi in exchange for him and then made money selling him to PSV. He is a decent RB I think.

I don't think that was the case, he was bought as a back-up RB but couldn't settle.

Decent, but certainly one that couldn't be shipped on. He does look like he is quite hard to wrestle off the ball.

I also call it The Kemlyn due to the fact it still f***ing was in 89 when i first got me seasie in there.
