A lack of words maybe. I just dont see the point of mentioning that, or it coming from them. Its something that would be mentioned in a forum battle, but I dont see the context for why they mentioned it.

I dont get why they mentioned that Rafa only got 1 away victory during the first half of last season as a way of apologizing for our current state.

Hope we'll see Babel for Kuyt in the 2nd half, like us their beatable on any given day.

Is Roy allowed to tell Kyrigiakos to take Carroll and let Skrtel try and beat Ameobi? Skrtel is miles away from beating him in a aerial challenge.

This year we've had matches where we've made like 5 or less attempts at goal, something I cant remember we had under Rafa, even if we didn't win we had a lot of attempts. Rafa like all other top managers know that you have to build from the back, creating a strong defense, however last year we were shaky as hell. I felt just as nervous with Insua, who shouldn't have played that many games, as I do with PFK who is a "seasoned" LB. Sad to say I dont think we have the right players to play the ball anymore, seems like the bench warmers on other teams like Arsenal, United and Chelsea got better ball control then a lot of players in our starting 11.

Think its a little worrying that we havnt been linked with David Luiz at Benfica yet. Seen a lot of other big teams linked. Great prospect at central defender and can cover on the left as he did against us last time we played them. Should fit the moneyball thing as well.

This is something the board should deal with on their own IMO. But it is frightening that they hav to wait for an ephiphany to see its not working. Its just hard to be excited about the match when you cant stand the guy thats supposed to lead us.

do we have anyone else to play on the right wing? Kuyt, although he gets into scoring positions once in a while, he is like playing one man less. Cant hit a pass at all, its embarrassing.

I hope youre right. Though I believe he has succeeded in lowering the expectations enough to leave us trailing. As you say we got a fairly "easy" run of games the next couple of months, and even if we lose against someone we really should beat, a win in the next match will quiet a lot of people. Think the only way of him getting the boot fast enough is if theres unrest within the club, and by the interviews lately that dosnt seem to be the case. It only seems that way when we are playing. Of course that can change within the next three matches, but...

they were one disallowed goal or was it bojan missing an open goal away from reaching the final...

Is it quiet cause everyone sees a win as a lifeline for dear Roy or is it something else?

How many goalies have we been linked with so far this season? 3-4? The lack of rubbishing these stories, if they are totally false, might unsettle Pepe. I think RH would be wise to start denying, telling people to f*** off etc. instead of continuing this "we'll see" road.

Torres Lucas Reina Gerrard, Carra and Kelly deserves a mention to. Meireles as well, even Maxi and Kuyt as long as his legs lasted. Then theres Skrtel and even PFK!
