Hearing the news about Jose, my immediate thought was that he'll end up replacing Rijkaard at Barca. He knows the expectations and that plus he's now got the credentials to work for a club of that stature. However with England not entirely safe in qualifying and the almost certain knowledge that if we do play in Austria next summer that we'll drop and falter like a ten pound brass' knickers, I can see the FA casting envious glances in his direction. Just a thought but not beyond the realms of possibility at all IMO.

Great post, we're crying out for a player who can beat a man, attack space and pose a goal threat. Although not a massive goal threat, we should have broken the bank to have brought Ribery in this summer. Just the sort of player we need.
