Great post, couldn't agree more. We are far too cautious at times, particularly against lesser teams, and that gives those lesser teams a sniff of blood, a belief that they may just snatch something from the game. The Sheffield United game last season was a shocker and I said as much in the boozer the following day to which my mate replied, "But you've got to remember that Sheffield will have been well up for the game, first game back in the Prem and all that, so they'll probably have played above their level." My reply was, "Well if their extra adrenalin fuelled performance on account of them coming back to the Premiership is above our capability to show our title credentials on the first day of the season against p*ss poor cannon fodder then God help us all." As said earlier, we definitely need to be more aggressive at the beginning of games next season.

Well said. The fact that we haven't bought any real quality at the back is a massive concern IMO.
