  1. We are determined to never act big. Still lag behind United despite their 10 years of total sh*tness, in terms of acting big. Keep making the stadium bigger. Try and sign players from your domestic competitors whenever you get the chance.
  2. Why let the facts get in the way indeed indeed
  3. I reckon we are trying to get Kerkez this month, and trying to use Doak as a makeweight. That detail came out last week in the Middlesbrough patch. Obvs Bournemouth could just tell us to bog off but I reckon we're trying.
  4. That's great! Only ever heard the Grace Jones version.

  7. I feel like this being the thing people know him for is the start of the Man Utd comms era. So you can stick it up your a***. He scored 8 goals in the last 10 games in 89/90 to win us the league.
  8. There’s a few candidates. I keep thinking Chiesa doing a Ronny Rosenthal. I guess at the minute it doesn’t feel massively likely as they aren’t going to get the chances to do it in the games that count. Which is probably fine!
  9. I think you're right. But there do seem to be things going on, so maybe we will surprise everyone. I am stunned that we aren't in for a centre half, considering we still haven't replaced Matip. Centre mid and left back, and even another forward seem to be ahead of this in the priority queue. I think we need to get new players in them positions (CH, CM, LB, Number 9), and probably sell Quansah, Darwin, Endo and Elliott - purely based on the amount the manager doesn't fancy them. Might also end up needing a right back. Basically I think there's a lot to do in the summer so I'd be doing some of it now.
  10. Oh 'it's' appeared. Clear as anything that is.
  11. Playing him into form is a luxury we don't have.
  12. Yeah. The one thing I don't want this season is having to rely on Darwin in March and April. For all his general flaws in play, the biggest thing that for me would have had him out the door last summer was his mentality when it comes to the crunch.
  13. He gets injured all the time, loco teenagers notwithstanding
  14. Yes, in a normal (city) season we would have blown it already over the last few weeks. As it is we have to do quite a few more f*** ups before we blow it this season.
  15. Yeah exactly. I hate the super computer nonsense. Things can change completely within a week

  17. Forest will probably not win another point after last night. Used every drop of strength to keep us out, now they will curl up and die.
  18. It was important to win last night. We played well but didn’t win. Now we have a massive job on to win this one, whereas if we’d won last night we would have won this one quite easily. Probably win 2-1 last min. Or draw 1-1 again.
  19. Bluebird as well. And let me roll it.
  20. Band on the run is better than some Beatles albums there I said it
  21. It's so frustrating.
  22. I wondered whether Macca was making sure Forest didn't get the ball, hence him overhitting his through balls a lot. As in, either this needs to ping straight to the striker's feet or go behind.
  23. He hasn't saved anything since he's been back. There was one against United apparently but I was in the toilet so it doesn't count. He used to save all the regulation stuff and also quite regularly save the almost un-saveable shots.
