  1. It was either Christian Eriksen or Christopher Eccleston
  2. Get the f*** in. Normal finishes too! Love it.
  3. Yeah he looks poor. He’s dropped to the level of Tsimikas, hence it now being a toss up between them
  4. Unchanged except for Kostas. Basically what I thought he’d do. Plan A. I thought he’d stick with Robbo too but either way, doesn’t make a great deal of difference.
  5. I don’t reckon he’ll do either. If he plays he might do some good workhorse sh*t and let mo play better though.
  6. I can’t figure out if Nunez is going to start or not. I was pretty sure he would yesterday but now I think it’ll just be the same team as the other night. With Nunez and Kostas coming on instead of Jota. I would love to see a bit of Harvey at some point tbh.

  9. I reckon he is probably more interested in signing for Bayern Munich when his contract comes to an end.
  10. The thing that’s bothering me is the idea that we are sort of slacking off a bit because we know city aren’t there. We can finish 2nd on 97 points, also, look at us finish 2nd on 81!
  11. I dunno. When exactly do you mean? We didn’t win our last game so people are in a mood. The transfer window is open so people are in a mood. It’s not new. I’m not surprised people are starting to have some concerns over the run in. That talk about it all being done before Arsenal come to Anfield is looking less likely. To me. I do think people need to calm down about other teams signing players and what will or won’t happen with city’s trial. The big reactions to those things feel like a potentially damaging thing. Sure. They are still clearly the other team who could win the league. That’s all.
  12. Arsenal?
  13. Yeah exactly. People are talking like this tone of concern is completely insane. It would be if we were still winning every game but that stopped a few weeks ago.
  14. That’s what I was going to say. I reckon he was better at them though, and faster. And could go inside of the defender before he did it as well as outside?
  15. I have seen genius forwards playing for us. If you want to tell me Gakpo and Diaz are that, well ok, but I disagree.
  16. Yeah I think any talk of it being wrapped up before Arsenal come to Anfield is starting to sound unrealistic. Our tricky run in is going to be very much in play I reckon.
  17. Neither of them are geniuses. Robust meat and potatoes forwards. We could do with a bit of extra stardust facing all these low blocks.
  18. Diaz will be fine he’s not a Jota / Chiesa style fanny
  19. That’s one of the messages. The main one I was thinking about was the message that Liverpool are happy with their current status. At what point do the big clubs send that message, if ever? Also sends a message internally that since there is no challenge incoming, the level the players are producing is perfect.
  20. It’s not just City. Big teams sign players, constantly improve in order to try and be the best. What message do we send when we say there are no players out there who can improve us?
  21. Up front mate. There are issues with all of our forwards. We will be buying a Nunez replacement soon. He would have got in our team.
  22. Extra rules. They moan about other clubs not following the rules but the extra ones we introduce just for ourself are the f***ing kicker. It’s like walking into a pub in Wales and as well as standard rules like no smoking and last orders, they’ve got things like no standing near the fireplace, no laughing at the pictures on the walls, order from the side hatch only and so on.
  23. If Arsenal keep signing players they need, they will eventually confirm that they are better than us.
