yes, personal feelings about him aside, neill would be good cover for any of the top teams. we aren't that good at manipulating the window are we though? don't remember if it seemed like a good idea when they introduced it, but it's turned into yet another way for football to drop to its most mercenary level. what are the sporting benefits? you could argue that it benefits smaller teams, making things more equal. but then i'd tell you you were wrong, and should shut up.
i think everything about everton is funny, some things are just mildly funny, some things are very funny indeed. they really don't annoy me at all, except when they beat us. even then it's funny in the end, when they have signing sessions in virgin for the DVD... they are the people's club because they have a strict policy on who they let in the ground. so strict in fact that it can sometimes lead to masses and masses of empty seats.
