Evidence from their time here suggests FSG are unwilling (sorry, I don't accept that they're 'unable') to go beyond a modest net spend. Logic suggests that too - they're not sugar daddies and a Klopp-managed team is a sound business model (success with relatively little investment). I'll believe that until I see firmer evidence (than, say, Klopp's apparent acceptance of this) to the contrary - eg the arrival of a quality forward.
