For many, many reasons can’t see Bale coming at all. Aside from the fee and the wages - and that in itself would require a huge policy change from FSG? - and the knock on effect of those wages, are we saying that somebody drops out of our current forward three to accommodate him? If so, who? And I can’t see Bale swapping the Madrid subs bench for ours. Pulisic is a much more likely transfer, I think.
