I see what you're all getting at but ihs second touch on the ball is a tackle.. It's like playing "names" when he gets an awkward pass. -

Cisse is dire lad, beyond fixing.. -
He got pace and guile though.. There's a lot of unharnessed potential there. Elements of Marco Van Basten about him.

Torres 1st choice for No.9 berth, could do with someone who can adapt to a 4-4-2/4-5-1 instantly. Owen for pacy/partnership/poacher type. Podolski is a good shout for a link striker. If Crespo where available I'd be deffo after him.

Agree totally wiht this line of thinking. FSP, ALT and Cheyrou totally regressed as players. The "Gems" were in the same league as VdV and Tevez and regualrly out shone them at Youth level. They should've been played from the word go. Rooney turned out ok didn't he (apart from being ugly, a fat sh!te and a Manc?

We just exist to win things.. Though when we do win/lose we tend to do it with a sense of sportsmanship, there's nothing from Mourinho except contempt.. There's nothing of the sort of Stamford Bridge. Loathsome bunch.

I think he'd want Torres, Joaquin or Villa to supe up the squad, proper Blue-chip players... They're hardly cheap. He wanted Ibanez and Daniel Alves too but we didn't have the cash for them and Ibanez signed a new deal. Real/Inter would get them at any cost. I'd rather we go millions into debt to keep Rafa and give him the ammuniton to take the title from Chelsea. The Club's boardroom has always given off the impression of Phoenix Nights..
