My plan is to work until 4AM - I've got various e-mails to send, documents to finish, etc and then go to sleep. I'll be exhausted, so hopefully I can sleep until noon-ish, and then I only have 2.5 hours to waste until the match (it's on here at 2:45PM). I think he would be a great signing...for a year or two. I think Eto'o, for instance, would be a great signing for much longer, and pay for himself year after year. That's why I would prefer Eto'o if given the choice. Here's a hypothetical - given a choice would you sign Kaka today or a 30 year old Zidane. I would sign Kaka. If I couldn't sign Kaka for whatever reason, I wouldn't cry about signing Zidane, I'd snap him up. It's that sort of thing for me. In no way do I think that Henry would be a bad signing - I think he'd be a great signing, but maybe there's a better signing (Eto'o IMO) and we should try for that first. That's all I'm saying.

And then.... I don't want to win the league once and then falter like Roma. Sure if we're loaded and can afford to spend another 20M on a striker in 2 years, then fair enough sign Henry. If not, then age does matter. That's my only concern.

I really think Kewell should start the final if Gerrard is on the right and Crouch is starting. Someone needs to feed the Crouch consistently. Sure as a sub he'd be on against tiring legs, but we need to make sure we don't leave ourselves a mountain to climb again.

I dont' know where this myth that Michael Owen has some sort of great all-around game has come from. Receiving the ball 40 yards from goal and then desperately looking around for your fullback for a layoff isn't an all-around game. Obviously he's still a great striker, but frankly the madness must stop.
