  1. f***in hell.. I can imagine tommorow on this page where you check is gonna be carnage. I'm 100% sure me and my bro will get sorted though COME ON THE BALLOT.

  3. Yeah indeed, thats just what i'd imagine to happen though. It's a tough one for the club obviously, i'd just think they'd give someone who's paid for every home game this season a shot before someone who could techinally of only been to 6 games in their lives. Obviously there are mitigating circumstances on either side, and some fancard holders are on the PTS anyway and go to every home at a higher cost than an ST, but it just seems a bit weird given the clubs previous selling procedures which have always had STs with whatever, and FCs with the same on a different loyalty 'level' so to speak. Gives me a shot at a ticket now though, so f*** the lot of you
  4. Very surprised they aren't giving ST holders a shot before FC holders with 6. I'm a FC holder with 6, didn't think i'd be in with a chance, but now it seems theres around a 1 in 3 chance of a ticket. From a personal perspective im pretty pleased, but if I was an ST holder with 6 i'd be fuming. I wouldn't begrudge the club really if they gave ST holders with 6 priority, it's what has happened before every other time. Have to wait to see how they clarify it all on Tuesday I suppose.
  5. A combination of Denmark and USA to highlight the greatness of Jan Molby and our new American Owners?... Genius
  6. Pennant was fine at containing Chelsea on Tuesday. He didn't s*** out of anything. Playing Gerrard on the right would be a waste for me. He absolutely dominated in the center on Tuesday. He can still cover Kaka from the center, Pennant can give Finnan cover like he did on Tuesday, and Finnan's one of the best right backs in the world.
  7. -------------Reina Finnan---Carra---Agger---Riise Pennant---Gerrard---Masch---Zenden/Kewell ----------Crouch---Kuyt Basically same team that started vs Chelsea at Anfield, but if Kewell shows he's back over the next couple of games, get him in for Bolo. Gerrard and Mascherano dominated Chelsea in the midfield, they only started getting any possession when Gerrard moved outwide and Alonso tried to fill in in the center. Alonso isn't playing well lately, neither is Sissoko, Gerrard and Mascherano are both playing very well. Gerrard excelled in the center on Tuesday night. Pennant had a very good game aswell. Unless something drastic happens over the next couple of games, the same team as Tuesday night would do me just fine.
  8. It's a bit of a pisstake - in essence it could be a good idea as it could be carnage out there. Dunno how Keys has got this information or how reliable it is though. In my opinion if they did have any doubts they should of announced it when it was seen it was a possibility when they drew the Quarters and Semi's that we could play the Mancs - alot of people have already booked flights and accomdation today for Athens, which sometimes is either non-refundable, or you have to pay a cancellation fee, which is annoying to say the least. Saying that, I doubt they will change it at this late stage.
  9. I'd love them to both go straight back down. Keane took over one of the best sqauds in the Championship, they were bottom, had alot of money and a massive fanbase. He would have to be an absolutely s**** manager (like Quinn!) to not move them up the table. Next year will be his real test - I hope he fails miserably.
  10. f***ing does my head in when people say stuff like this. People come on here to give opinions about players. Everytime Paletta has played for the first team he has looked absolute gash. People are entitled to say they think hes s***. Like people thought Josemi was poor, as did Rafa, so he got rid. People thought Nunez was poor, as did Rafa, so he got rid. Rafa can buy s*** players, hes not God. And at the moment, Paletta has looked far from convincing.
  11. Some fella on RAWK is saying his mate text him saying a few reds started giving it back to the Mancs with a couple of Munich songs and the police got involved?!? f***ing joke if its true, they sing about Hillsborough/Heysel/Shields on mass week in week out and the GMP do nothing, few of our lads cave in to extreme provocation and the police are on it like a flash.

    Alves

He came across as a bit of a prick in the Spurs - Seville game. Haven't really seen much else of him. Seemed like he had a fair bit of skill, but then he was only up against Chimbonda.
  14. There are much, MUCH bigger pricks involved in football then David James. I don't think he's a prick really. A bit naive during his earlier playing years as people have said, but still, a likeable guy in my opinion, even though he did cost us the FA Cup final and countless league games.
  15. Your captains a nob who comes from bury, Your fans are all w*****s, most straight out of Derry, You're forever in our shadow, football fit for the road that is Carrow, So f*** off like that c*** Bobby Davro. AABBB ... Best Rhyme scheme in the world.
  16. Agree with the article to be honest. At the moment i'd describe him as a solid keeper, not really error prone, but not up there with the worlds best either. He's only young though, better than Carson in my opinion, should deffo keep him for next season. People seem to be either over critical or way to over the top praising his abilities. I think solid is the best way to describe him at the moment. There are a few keepers in the Premiership i'd rather have than him, but hes still a class act.
  17. Don't agree with the bit that seems to absolve the mancs of all blame in Rome when ive seen their fans in action in and around Anfield before and they're a bunch of scummy b******s who dont need any alcohol to give it the biggun. Agree with the rest of it though. 17,000 each is a joke. And if us and the Mancs get through it should be moved to Wembley for safety reasons and for bigger allocations.
  18. What a joke Sevilla are. Hope they get knocked out to be honest... was embarrasing watching their tactics last night. If we sign Dani Alves he better sort it out. He made Chimbonda look absolutely s**** (maybe he is ), but all the diving and rolling around is just pathetic.

  20. Eto'o is joining and Crouch is going to Villa.. it's nailed on, Steve McManaman told me.
  21. He'll play full strength I reckon, no point on doing anything other really, the league is pretty much dead, and we've got quite a straight forward run in. I sold my PSV ticket anyway though - the game is over as a contest, bar something horrendous happening first half.
  22. Told yer
  23. Haven't you heard, he only bothers playing well in the second half of Euro away knock out games now... just you wait, these types of game are now his forté Watch out PSV.

    Gonzalez

Good squad player to have as he's young and has time to improve. Been very unimpressed by him so far though, especially after people on here saying that he was taking teams apart in Spain. People are saying with regular starts he'll improve. But surely we're going to sign a quality winger or two in the summer, and Kewell will be back from injury (fingers crossed), so I doubt Gonzalez is going to start regularly next season. I mean he hasn't even this season with our lack of depth on the wings. His strengths should make him a decent 'impact sub'. At the moment I don't see him as anymore that that next season - if he stays that is.
