    There was one of those commercial partner advert things recently. Nunez was speaking English, Diaz having some bits translated for him He needs replacing, as clearly not got the right strength of mentality to play for Liverpool, but beyond a couple of players there is a paucity of good options available. No guarantee any of the gettable options will be any better

    I've only seen Kerkez against us, or the odd highlights. Does he do anything other than run in straight lines and hit the ball hard?

    PSG were the best team we've played this season. With their front three the full backs are always going to be beaten at times, but thought they dug in and improved as the game went on. Slightly surprised we didn't start Jones instead of Jota and go with the two tens formation we played at City.

    They have also removed goals from their wide players. Mahrez and Sterling used to score regularly. Doku and Grealish just aren't the same threat. And selling/not giving a chance to Palmer looks like a terrible piece of business

    I've always hoped he would come good, but he won't. Clearly doesn't suit Slot's tactics, so I hope we can sell him in the summer and move on. Most importantly that will allow us to close this thread and the incessant circular arguments made about him

    Because Trent starts so many, you don't notice when Bradley is unavailable unless Trent is out at the same time I think we need another right back at the same standard as Bradley and rotate them (assuming Trent goes)

    If we want a playmaker at full back (if Trent goes), I think Ait Nouri makes sense, with Bradley doing the old school Robbo role on the opposite flank. Whether it works with Salah remaining the focal point is a different issue

    How many minutes has be played compared to the others? And what distance has he travelled? Just wondering if tiredness/ lack of sharpness could be a factor? BTW on the scoring stats I think for his hattrick he was back out wide for the last two goals?

    Tricky decision for them whether to stick or twist though. In terms of getting them challenging, he is the first to do that since peak Wenger. However they keep falling short. They could change manager and do worse though, whilst attempting to get better

    iirc I don't think they limited length of contract, they limited how long transfer fees could be amortised over. So you can sign a player on a 7 year deal, but amortise over 5. Seems odd to sign him for that long, if there are genuinely no exit clauses. Almost feels like some of the baseball contracts
