I think we should all cut each other a bit more slack over what gets posted on the forum. The amount of scorn and vitriol over the smallest things is the stuff of school playgrounds sometimes. Its all just words on the internet at the end of the day.

I thought Owen's passing and teamplay were always massively underated. Huge workrate, great 1st touch and a good passer of the ball. Most people always seemed unable to look beyond the goals.

As much as i'd like Cisse to be sold and us to get a good deal...I can't imagine him going to Newcastle in a million years. My gut feeling is he'll go back to France Marseille, Lyon or PSG, possibly Spain though I doubt the scouts will be sending rave reviews back about his 1st touch.

Maddest idea since Riise as centre midfielder.

He was on the bench against Benfica. Says a lot for how highly rated he is. But it will take something special for him to get past Finnan and Kromkamp for RB. If one of them gets injured he's very capable backup for now.
