It's a really good point about Jurgen to be fair. Quite apart from his personality being the perfect fit, he'd seen and done it all...so much experience when he came to us, not sure you'll ever get that again given how quickly people get promoted these days. If he was starting out now he'd have been at Real after his first league win or got a bigger job than Dortmund in the first place.
