Surprised that BR hasn't gone with a back three, granted no guarantee that it will solve our defensive issues but it may help in terms of our attacking play. When used last season we looked pretty dangerous going forward - feck goals conceded lets default to battering teams!!!

Is this a season defining game....? Bit dramatic I know.

How predictable I think others have already pointed out the problems we had last season so get back in yer box...

As others have stated elsewhere the current 2 man central midfield system doesn't appear to be working, that said his positioning is all over the shop. I think Rafa was right to say that he's not disciplined enough in that role. The only way I see this working is if he plays at the base of a 3 man midfield, sure Can and Allen are out, Lucas doesn't fit but BR could play Lallana as the third CM with a 3 man attack in front in the meantime?

Well you should have pointed all that out I was going to point out the fact that Suarez was the one pushed out wide and if he couldn't dislodge Sturbridge what chance Mario...

So what you are saying is move our best striker out wide and piss him off in the process and then replace Coutinho with a winger......carry on.
