Three years, yep.

I had stopped using it regularly but my account was still active and found myself being drawn back in over summer with all the transfer stuff. Any time spent on there is depressing, for all kinds of reasons, so I went scorched earth. Life is definitely better without it.

Yeah, I feel weirdly sanguine about it all, tbh*. I was at the match and despite being crap, we could have quite easily won. The churn of this summer was always going to be a factor - turns out it's a bigger issue than we envisaged but there's plenty of football to be played. I just think Slot is going to have to p*ss off some players to get it right. *deleting my twitter account has helped in this regard. Arguably the biggest issue. We really miss his ability to get stuck in and dictate tempo.

Not right now, but we don't know what Arsenal and City will do - there's 30 games left, loads of mad stuff can happen.

Some big decisions to be made in the next few weeks but if we're within touching distance at Christmas, we can still have a great season.

We can’t seem to beat a press or break quicky enough for that to occur. I was hoping for marauding waves of attack with the personnel we brought in, but the time it’s taking for them to bed in, combined with the loss of form of key players is making it hard for the team to find its indentity. I do think Slot’s tactical tinkering isn’t helping but it’s a learning curve isn’t it. He’s a brilliant coach, I’m confident we’ll sort it.

Surprised it's that low but unsurprised it's an issue. I can't imagine having to manage the extreme, conflicting emotions of the last 6 months while also being an elite sportsperson, no wonder they feel flat. The churn of this summer and breakup of the squad were going to be hard enough, even without Diogo's death. I really feel for them.
