    These got beat 5-1 by Frankfurt last week, we should be winning this and having fun in the process.

    They are a very good, very settled team and we’re currently a bunch of lads getting to know eachother’s games and working towards consistency. No disgrace in dropping points to them, they will beat more good teams there this season. We’ve done well to win our first five, given the stuttering performances but it needs to start clicking pretty soon, we ran out of luck today.

    I think his biggest problem is that he seems to be quite thick. I don’t doubt his pace, athleticism or ability to get a cross in, but he doesn’t seem to have anything near the football brain of the lad he is replacing.

    Yeah there’s form and shape issues all over the pitch, atm but my main worry is that we have signed two average full backs to replace two world class ones. Macca and Mo not at their best either.

    Yeah he just seems to love playing football, specifically for Liverpool. Hope we see more of him this season, he’s earning his place.
