  1. Same. Release clause for summer 2026.
  2. Is Ederson crap now?
  3. Manager doesn’t fancy him.
  4. All 5 keepers sitting amongst the urine-filled mason jars in his office.
  5. Bizarre signing for them, he’s worse with his feet than Trafford, doesn’t feel like a Guardiola keeper at all.
  6. Can see Guardiola walking this season. I don’t think he really wanted to sign that extension.
  7. Our chances of winning the league hinge on the next 10 days really. If we get Isak we can probably blow teams away while the defence and midfield get used to each other.
  8. This is the story. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c1mpjplk4pxo.amp Both Barcola and Aubameyang were involved in encouraging the stream in some form. Properly dystopian stuff.
  9. Yeah it’s a truly terrible place to watch football, no matter where you are in the ground.
  10. I think the set up at Brighton was perfect for him but it hasn't translated anywhere else. Also, a friend of mine works at West Ham and he says they are an unbelivably badly run club, everyone is constantly demoralised.
  11. There’s some very unsavoury stuff emerging about Barcola this evening. Stay well clear.
  12. Who is the vice captain? Do we know yet? Is it Mo?
  13. Think it gets done by end of next week, everyone there sounds thoroughly sick of it. Our position just seems to be silence, there’s been zero briefing from our side which I think is quite deliberate.
  14. Craigy Hope seems to think they are going for 2/3 strikers - they wouldn't be doing that if they didn't think Isak leaving was on the cards.
  15. Definitely. They might be the first club in the history of football to keep hold of a wayward player through sheer ineptitude.
  16. He so wants him gone.
  17. I think he’s been like that for years, which is sad if it’s what’s behind his public persona.
  18. No I don't think so, they're hardly the biggest Liverpool journalists out there (with the exception of Pearce), but attention has been drawn to it so I guess it's inevitable that we'll be hearing more hot takes from elsewhere soon.
  19. I'm listening to the Athletic pod now. Simon Hughes says he wished Chiesa had left so the song wouldn't have got further airing. Evans is just feeling sorry for himself. They discuss the matter in a much calmer way here and make the point that if we draw Juventus in the CL and sang it, it could wilfully be construed as an act of aggression by people acting in bad faith. Ultimately now it's a thing, we should wait until we hear from people with skin in the game and amend the lyrics if that feels like the courteous thing to do, but I don't think it would have been an issue if Evans hadn't have gone in so ridiculously two-footed in the first instance. The invective on display in that blog post is disgusting in my opinion, but it's big Toe isn't it? Hardest ex-Murdoch employee in West London.
