I don't think it is road rage. I get the discussion about bad drivers and car culture, etc but there are bad drivers, dangerous drivers even and then there's this piece of sh*t. Clearly a vicious individual who, after committing several violent crimes in his early twenties, managed to keep a lid on whatever darkness he had in his soul until, sadly for all involved, the day of the parade.
