Splitting hairs maybe but your initial assumption, that Heskey would help Keane and Torres play better, should be reason to celebrate his return rather than oppose it. As it stands I am undecided on the Heskey issue but if his return would be to help Keane and Torres then I will be all for it. As for some of the criticism he has taken on here then I salute those better capable of judging a footballers merits than Capello O'Neil and allegedly Rafa

If Torres and Keane are playing well they are likely to be scoring goals. If our forwards are scoring goals we are likely to be winning the games we are currently likely to draw if we are winning games whatever way we win them that is a good thing ducy

Yeah I watched the game and they seemed to go out to play. I think their mindset is different from the other promoted clubs, they got off to a fantastic start and with the points they have already providing them with soikme safety feel as if they can go and win games rather than hang on for draws. They will come and play I feel

I actuslly think that having a proper left sided midfielder in the team means that Kuyt attacks the box more when Riera has the ball. Given that when Babel was playing his tendency is to come inside on his right Kuyt often stayed wide in order that Alonso could switch the ball. Now that we have a left sided midfielder who can actually cross the ball Kuyt has more reason to attack the box in anticipation of a decent ball coming in from the left. We look a far more balanced team. Keane is never a lone frontman and it is somewhat harsh to judge him until he has had a reasonable opportunity to play with Torres
