Ronaldo was w*** yesterday, he's a greedy little f*cker. Rooney was poor too, although he took both goals well...then again, Scholes and Giggs put them on a plate for him, along with Dida forgetting the defender only has the near post on corners. Oh, and Kaka is phenomenal. You were watching a different game than me then - as soon as the Milan defenders realized they didn't need to back off him so they could cover any open Manure players because Ronaldo can't pass, they tackled him out of the game.
Irrelevant stat really, they're 19 games into a 160-odd game season, the equivalent of us 4 games into a season. Plus, they don't just play the other teams in their division, so strength of schedule so far is vastly different from team to team. Plus, as already noted, they don't coach the teams.
Yeah, that was a joke, I was wondering if anyone would pick up on that. I'd actually give it to McCarthy. I was considering Terry but he was out for a good period of time. Cole is s***, their right back spot has been anyones, and Carvalho is just a w*****. So, no.
He was as good as he's been since he got here...didn't put a foot wrong, liked to pass the ball forwards instead of backwards and sideways, and got into the final third on several occasions. I have a feeling he could go on to become one of my favourite current players.
