I'd say he's around about the same standard as Garcia, but while Luis fluctuates from the sublime to the ridiculous Simao is more consistent. I think £12m would be a bit steep, but £8-10m is about right. They need a replacement for Keane and while Gravesen would tackle a truck he hasn't got the positional sense to be as effective as a DM.
