If you can do it how come nobody else can? The guy's like a homing missile, he wins tackles he has no right to, some people lose 60/40's, he wins 10/90's. He's phenomenal, he really is. FWIW I don't think today was even close to being his best game for us, I think some people are just realising exactly what he brings to the team. Remember it took an age for people to apprectiate Didi, many people still wanted him out of the side after 18months/2 years in the team. Another thing I like about Momo is that unlike most "defensive" midfielders he goes chasing the ball as opposed to sitting deep and breaking up play, the result of this is that often when he wins the ball back he's high up the pitch with defenders out of position and can start quick counter attacks.

You can't be positive if you don't have the ball, he gets the ball back more than anyone else in the league. He makes those around him play better.

He wins the ball back more often than any player I've ever seen, and I'm not exaggerrating. He covers so much ground it's almost like having an extra player on the pitch. He can't pass the ball more than ten yards or shoot, but he's so good at the other stuff it doesn't matter. He's the best signing anyone in the league made this year, almost as good a signing as Alonso was.

If they are to sign him it'll mean changing the way they play the game. They are set up to play with a strong man holding up the ball and bringing the midfielders and wingers into play. That's not Shevchenko's forté, he's an improved version of Crespo and they're not as good with Crespo in the team.
