I reckon their plan is too buy very big in the summer, get us back challenging for the top spot with some major team investment then set Comolli off playing true money ball the football way to sustain our challenge. They know there is a lot of work to be done to get us back challenging for the title and I reckon they aim get us back in a position to do this as quickly as possible, i.e. this summers transfer window. They are winners. They wont want to build the squad up over time, they want it done now.

Was 100% on the nose for Suarez (all the way thru that horrible two weeks) and 100% spot on on Carroll too. Also said we'd bit for Ashley Young too and he may well have been the one who mentioned Micah Richards but would have to check that out again.
