Finding the story hard to believe myself. When we recieved permission to talk to Bellamy, the club confirmed it pretty quickly. So far, none of the clubs mentioned have said a thing. I think he'll do well up in Newcastle if he goes there. He is still a class player and the injury thing has been blown out of proportion. Still think he could do a job for us on the right and the £10m price isn't outrageous for a player like Duff. At 27 he has at least 4 good years ahead of him.

How old is this player ? 18 ? He would have been born in '88 and probably started supporting a team around '95 or '96. Around this time Chelsea, the team he has "dreamed about all his life" were finishing 14th, 11th, 11th in the Premiership.
