    Steve Cooper has turned up as the new Brøndby IF trainer/manager - interesting appointment all round. Pretty sure his experience bringing youth players into the first team at various clubs was part of the thinking, but not a perfect fit I don't think, despite on the face of it a manager with several premier league seasons of experience is not something you often see show up in the Superliga.

    What would Klopp've done with a prime Gerrard, anyway, considering the midfield he had with, say, Henderson and Gini? Use a completely different system? Turn him into a turbo charged Gundogan? Turn him into false 9?
