Saw Cisse's goal in French League highlights programme. A far post header, buried the ball unmarked to the bottom right-hand corner. Had another good chance later on put hit the post from an acute angle. Marseille climbed to 4th spot. The top scorer in the French League has only scored 13 goals, so there should be demand for goalscorers...

Scored the third (= a meaningless one again!) goal in the French Cup against Nantes. Ended 3-0. This was either a Semifinal or QF.

What 'performance'?

I remember one live match in the Finnish TV in the mid-seventies, Liverpool - QPR I believe it was (3-1), when the broadcast was suddenly cut for a few seconds to show, yep, planes on an airport. During these few seconds, Liverpool scored, but the goal was never shown and I don't think I've seen it until this day. I'm still livid. The commentator was confused as he was in a studio in Finland, so for awhile nobody what the score was. It was also pretty foggy at Anfield that day, so he had a hard time for that reason as well. It was the first time ever I'd seen Liverpool play at home, all the matches I'd previously seen on the telly had always been away matches (or cup finals). I must say I was well impressed
