No stats I am afraid, but, when Owen decided to join Newcastle, I am sure the Saturday Independant, or Sunday Times ran a big report on this. They had a list of players who all suffered injuries during training at Blackburn, mostly hamstring and muscle problems. Now little Mikey got special training at Liverpool and Real Madrid for his problems and the paper went on to say how little Mikey won't be getting any of that at Newcastle. Tell yer dad to check those weekend papers around his signature time, it may be the droid he is looking for. How is the little Manc anyway....

I still have a feeling that Chelsea will falter and rather than lose, draw a series of games which can put us back in contention, but, only if we beat ManU and Chelsea, to get back the points we lost at home, beat Brum and get a double over Arsenal. Realisticly we have to win all our games from now untill the end of the season, and I think we can do that, even though I am a pesimist.

I thought Finnan was good anyway , but your right with the way Rafa has given players confidence. One of the best examples of this was our Igor, who's game improved dramatically last year. One wish I have is we still had Heskey here when Rafa got here, as seeing what he has done with other players confidence, we could possibly have seen the real Heskey that first burst into our team alot more often.
