Yeah, I think he is. I saw Pennant in a reserve game for Arsenal soon after he joined and he was very, very good - head and shoulders above everyone else on the pitch. But he didn't have the (seeming) top attitude that Walcott has, nor the all-round skill that Walcott has. Pennant was always going to be a good RW, maybe great. Walcott can play anywhere up top, winger etc. He's that good.
