Who do you reckon we'd buy to replace him? We haven't got any right forwards apart from him. Move Mane back to the right and let him leave on a free?

Henderson was brilliant that season too. Our second best player behind Sterling.

One of the most annoying seasons I can remember considering how close we went in 13/14, then the committee decided to buy Balotelli to replace Suarez, and Sturridge barely played. Grim.

2014/15. Sturridge was injured most of it. Sterling got over about 20 goals and assists combined. Coutinho got less than 15 combined. Henderson got more than Coutinho.

It worked with Sterling when he was our best player but on 30 grand a week.

I reckon he'll get another one after this cos he's a big name. Some owner will have liked him as a player and he'll say Everton were a mess. But it'll be another struggling team and he'll fail.

I don't think FSG are great but I'm worried about how much of a scumbag are next owners will be. Standard Chartered have done some bad stuff, like all banks, but I don't think they've done anything as bad as some people who will be interested in buying us.

I've changed my mind on buying a 15m back up right back. I think we should get one if we can get someone who can do some of the stuff Trent does, or even really good going forward in a different way.
