avg compared to other top flight players. If you're asking why Adorjan won't make it t'he answer is that he is not as good as the players in the league. It's so so dificult to be good enough to function in the top league

Shelvey has a higher ceiling than Henderson. Maybe rodgers sees this and is playing him so that he can develop.
