Not only did the ref screw this decision he effectively ruined the game as a competition and for that he must be judged as being woeful. He then went on and got the Eboue dive wrong, his mate on the line got the Eto'o goal wrong (offside) and the ref spend all game dishing out yellows to Arsenal players while letting Barca players get away with the same fouls. He was rubbish.
