Good post DH. There is also the point that we did sell a significant number of playing staff, whose wages will now be written off. Did that not have an impact on the available funds for wage rises? -

Indeed. It would have been MUCH easier (and indeed the usual technique) to use shots from a Liverpool game, and photoshop Villas head on, as opposed to try and make a Spain kit look like a Liverpool one. Incidentally, for some 'really' good photoshopping, take a look around here Worth1000. Like fyds, detail doesn't bother me
