Van Dijk was offside gesturing for Jones to either play it to his right or for Frimpong to get right, Gakpo was asleep on the penalty spot offside and the 6 other players ahead of the ball were all onside. He had a simple ball to Wirtz to his left, he could have hit it far side of the box to Konate who was stood with his arm up wanting the ball - Kerkez was a tricky pass (well no-one passes to him anyway) MacA & Gakpo had men around them at the edge of the area but they were all well onside. Dom, also onside had taken the throw. the pressure comes on Jones on the ball after his heavy touch and indecision and he thumps it behind Frimpong out of play. of course Marma & Konate then contrive to fuxk up a simple restart which leads directly to the goal

we've had Chiesa here two years and apparently can't get him fit to play, we've had Marmadashvilli for 9 months and haven't taught him to kick the ball yet and we had Riise here for 7 years and two managers couldn't teach him to kick the ball with his right foot so let's not hold our breath on his heading
