Did Wiley need to go over to where the free kick was about to take place from and then summon the goal-keeper all the way back, through a bunch of opposition players, to book him and then send him all the way back again and then go and take his own place in the box awaiting the free kick to eventually be taken? It was unnecessary, guaranteed to waste a good minute+ and asking for trouble. He could have brandished a yellow card at him in his area in a matter of seconds and got on with the game. This is not to excuse Reina's hand going towards Robben's face or draw more attention to the disgraceful antics of Robben. It was just a simple situation that could have been very easily delat with by the ref, he chose to make a big show of it. he took the ball and scissored Gudjonson with his other leg, totally a foul, totally a booking.
