I have no idea if Henderson will sign. But both his and Sterling's monetary values to the club reduce as time goes on without them signed. I would hope we'd do better than Lambert,Borini and Balotelli but there's no guarantee of that, is there? Without CL, we're fishing in a s***tier lake, too.

I'm nervous. Especially without CL qualification I think we're struggling to keep several players, or at least get them tied down to new contracts. If Henderson and Sterling don't sign, we're after selling them.

It was pretty bizarre. I can only think he'd gone on with the usual mindset of 'it's me that has to dig us out of this mess' and then after the second hefty challenge in a few seconds thought 'these f***ers are getting in my way. f*** off.' Bizarre and very sad. Doesn't mean in a few years that's what I'll remember of him though. And he didn't cost us the title last year, so piss off whoever thinks that.

Ancelotti will be free at the end of the season.
