we need to realise how desperate we were for them games against Juve, Chelsea etc as we knew that we would make a difference.

Don't rest on the laurels of Istanbul, as it seems we have so often this season, we can be as effective as a Didi crumple, a Momo tackle, a Xabi wide ball, a Stevie lung busting run.

We won't get to sing about gay Paris anymore this season if we don't do our best tomorrow.

The team need us to help crush the opposition so no f***ing groans or signs of disappointment of a pass goes astray or we miss a sitter.

We didn't last year. We shouldn't this year.

If we want to experience the heights of last year we have to remember that we are there to support the players. To suck the ball into their net and away from ours.

Just been watching Sky Sports News, and after seeing tonights matches, its really got me going for tomorrow!

I'm slightly doubting us - because of the lack of goals from us - but in my mind I believe when we NEED to do, we CAN do it. If we make our voices heard, it does make that difference, just think back to what people like Del Piero were saying last season and Mourinho after the semi.

It would be awful if we were dumped out tomorrow, so let's make sure it doesn't happen lads.

I went to every game at Anfield last season in the Champions League except Juve (because I was on holiday - and gave the ticket to my old man as a birthday present) and in the games later in the competition we certainly made the difference especially Olympiakos and Chelski!

Unfortunately I haven't been able to make any Champo's League games this season except the qualifiers but if we have the support that we had in those games last season and not the support we had on Sat against Charlton then we will be the 12th man and we will go through!

So for all those going tomorrow, sing your hearts out and let's get behind the team and stuff Benfica 3-0!!!

COME ON RED MEN!! No6 IS WAITING FOR US IN GAY PARIS!!

Same as me mate except I missed Monaco due to a holiday (in Nice of all places). This year I haven't been due to personal reasons and it's my first euro game since the bro went missing.

I'll be cheering for the two of us as we had our best ever times together at CL games last year. Stevieboy won't be there but I'll do my f***ing best to make sure he hears us wherever he is.

I'm more wound up over this, with it being my first CL game since Istanbul, than any other game I have ever been to. It means a great deal more to me than just 90 minutes.
